Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds or suitable alternatives under specific circumstances to ensure customer satisfaction. If a purchased product (theme or plugin) does not function as described, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within five (5) business days, you may be eligible for either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement with another product of equal value

To help us process your request efficiently, you may be required to:

  • Provide a short video or screenshot demonstrating the issue
  • Allow our support team to investigate the issue using remote access tools such as TeamViewer or AnyDesk, if necessary

Please note that refunds or replacements will not be provided if the product is functioning correctly and the issue is caused by incorrect installation, misconfiguration, server limitations, or insufficient technical knowledge.

Non-Refundable Payments

Due to the digital nature of our products, all downloads are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed. As a result, purchases made on Themeshive.com are generally non-refundable.

That said, we value our customers and aim to resolve concerns wherever possible. If a genuine issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a refund or an alternative product at our discretion.

Refund Request Limitations

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. However, refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Accidental purchases or subscriptions
  • Requests made purely as a goodwill gesture
  • Issues caused by lack of technical expertise
  • Product removal or unavailability after purchase
  • Misuse of services or violation of our fair usage or terms of service
